About the position

The Strategic Client Success Executive at RxSense is responsible for client retention, organic growth, and customer satisfaction through the establishment of long-term partnerships with existing clients. They serve as the main point of contact between the client and the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) company, handling requests for software features, custom reporting, and escalated service issues. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the client's market, business drivers, and key performance indicators. The Strategic Client Success Executive plays a crucial role in driving growth and ensuring client satisfaction in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the client’s market, membership, business drivers, and key performance indicators, then define and communicate mutually agreeable measures of success
  • Develop, implement, and execute a strategic account plan to drive growth with clients, including RFP support and underwriting/pricing assistance with support of RxSense internal teams
  • Monitor client satisfaction throughout the year as measured by issue resolution, growth, and managing to clients’ performance expectations
  • Stay abreast of changing market dynamics within the pharmacy benefit management industry, with a particular focus on technology-driven competitors, the use of technology to reduce the cost of prescription drug benefits, and innovations in PBM ancillary services such as rebate administration, network management, and member tools for health management
  • Manage cross-functional deliverables in partnership with Operations, Engineering, and other internal teams
  • Requirements

    • Ability to learn the client’s market, membership, business drivers, and key performance indicators
    • Develop, implement, and execute a strategic account plan to drive growth with clients
    • Monitor client satisfaction and manage issue resolution
    • Stay updated on changing market dynamics within the pharmacy benefit management industry
    • Manage cross-functional deliverables and communicate regularly with clients and internal partners
    • Ensure that financial, technical, and operational obligations are met or exceeded
    • Partner with Operations and Product to bring client-driven innovations
    • Continuously learn and be knowledgeable about the platforms and associated products
    • Familiarity with the cash discount marketplace and marketing and analytics capabilities

    Benefits

    • Salary range of $92,000 - $137,000
