About The Position

At DISCO, we don't just execute initiatives; we drive meaningful change to the business and our people. As our Strategic Change Manager, you will serve as a high-level architect of strategic change for our most critical business initiatives. You’ll be the bridge between executive vision and employee reality, turning complex software implementations and Go to Market Launches into seamless transitions. You aren’t just following a playbook—you’ll write it. You’ll partner with our Senior Leadership to define the "DISCO Way," creating the frameworks and toolkits that will guide our organizational growth for years to come.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of corporate experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to leading large-scale organizational transformations.
  • Prosci Certified (required).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to translate complex strategic messages into understandable terms.
  • Strategic mindset with an understanding of how business process shifts impact the entire company.
  • Ability to influence at a high level and provide candid feedback to executives.
  • Data literacy, including experience creating unbiased surveys and interpreting feedback.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Fluency in Project Management principles and ability to integrate change management activities into project lifecycles.
  • Experience in innovating and building new tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive change strategies for high-stakes initiatives (e.g., Quote-to-Cash and major GTM Initiatives) using Prosci methodology.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to VPs and C-suite executives, helping them become visible, active sponsors for change initiatives.
  • Create a centralized "DISCO Standard" for change, including templates, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Mentor Project Managers on balancing business milestones with human readiness and adoption metrics.
  • Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to navigate change saturation.
  • Design surveys and track KPIs to measure the ROI of change efforts.
