About The Position
ROSE Financial Solutions is seeking experienced CFOs to serve as strategic leaders in its Finance as a Service (FaaS) model. The role partners with multiple growth-stage organizations to help them become decision-ready, audit-ready, and prepared to scale. Rather than focusing only on reporting, the Strategic CFO builds financial infrastructure and uses technology, automation, and AI to transform finance functions. The position supports CEOs and executive teams with financial strategy, forecasting, performance optimization, compliance, data-driven decision-making, and strategic growth initiatives. It also involves mentoring controllers, accounting teams, and client stakeholders. The posting describes this as a contract, hybrid role focused on government contracting (GovCon) and growth companies.
Requirements
- Former CFO or senior finance leader.
- 10–20+ years of experience.
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, FP&A, and strategic finance.
- Ability to communicate with and influence CEOs and executive teams.
- Passion for technology, automation, and innovation in finance.
- Excitement for building, not just advising.
