Strategic Advisor

XTEL•United States, NA

About The Position

XTEL is launching X-Steps, a global Business Consulting Department that embeds business expertise into client engagements alongside technical implementation teams. Drawing on the StepUp methodology, X-Steps focuses on commercial value creation for top-tier consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients. The department’s consulting work spans Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM), helping Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and RGM teams turn software deployments into measurable commercial growth, return on investment, and more effective promotional strategies. The Strategic Advisor drives day-to-day execution across four engagement phases: Market Connect, Data Review/UAT, Super-User Training, and Value Extraction workshops. The role connects client business teams with technical leads, translating commercial goals and client data into actionable platform requirements and practical commercial insights. The position is open to candidates in the US and supports remote or hybrid work arrangements.
