About The Position

As a Strategic Account Director, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of Acclaro’s most valuable global accounts, acting as both a commercial leader and a trusted strategic advisor. You’ll shape long-term account strategy, unlock new revenue streams, and influence executive stakeholders to drive meaningful, scalable growth. This is more than an expansion role—you’ll take a holistic view of account performance, aligning client business goals with Acclaro’s solutions to deliver sustained impact. You’ll lead complex, multi-threaded engagements, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and elevate our partnerships to new levels of strategic value. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or client leadership roles within localization, SaaS, or global services
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts (multi-million ARR)
  • Think beyond transactions and bring a strong strategic mindset to account planning and client engagement
  • Influence confidently at the C-suite level and navigate multi-stakeholder global organizations with ease
  • Skilled in structuring and closing complex, high-value deals across global environments
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and take full ownership of outcomes
  • Combine strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of client business drivers and industry trends
  • Use CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end performance of a portfolio of strategic accounts, including revenue growth, retention, and long-term value creation
  • Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with client business objectives and global expansion goals
  • Build executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor, shaping client roadmap and investment priorities
  • Lead complex deal cycles, including enterprise-wide agreements, global programs, and multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across business units, geographies, and buyer segments to expand wallet share
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, Product) to deliver seamless and high-impact client outcomes
  • Drive executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs), providing strategic insights and forward-looking recommendations
  • Maintain accurate portfolio forecasting and leverage data to inform decision-making and performance optimization
