Triangle Pond Management is hiring full-time Stormwater Repair Crew Members to join their team across North Carolina. Requirements

• Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry
• Experience using landscaping equipment such as mowers and hand tools
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working on steep slopes, around water, and wildlife
• Excellent time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test

Nice To Haves

• A valid driver's license is preferred

Responsibilities

• Review scopes of work with crew leader
• Perform grading
• Perform excavation
• Implement erosion control
• Install pipes
• Establish turf
• Mow
• Plant
• Remove invasive plants
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
