About The Position

Apex Companies is seeking a Stormwater Construction Foreman to lead stormwater infrastructure projects. This role involves constructing and repairing essential underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins. The ideal candidate will have experience in stormwater utilities, water/wastewater, industrial, or commercial site construction, and be proficient in operating heavy equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects across the country, with significant travel required.

Requirements

5-7 years of underground wet utility construction experience is required.
Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping, and detention/retention basins is required.
Ability to operate heavy equipment (Skid Loader, Mini-Excavator, etc.)
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and staff.
Ability to do frequent out-of-town regional travel (85% or more travel required)
Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation.
Able to perform manual labor, lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and under inclement weather conditions.
