About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Stormwater Assessment Roll Data Analyst for an active RFP opportunity with the City of Tampa (RFP 26-P-00283 - Stormwater Utility Data Management-Assessment Roll Production). The City of Tampa requires professional services for annual Stormwater Utility Data Management and Assessment Roll Production. This includes tasks such as parcel and folio updates, ESU analysis, mitigation credits, QA/QC reporting, public notice support, Tax Collector files, compliance assistance, staff training, and technical support for web-based assessment applications.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Property Appraiser data, parcel IDs, folio/account changes, new and dropped parcels, DOR code changes, owner and mailing address updates, ESU changes, mitigation credits, and annual assessment roll data quality.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
