About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Stormwater Assessment Roll Project Manager for an active RFP opportunity with the City of Tampa (RFP 26-P-00283). This role involves providing professional services for annual Stormwater Utility Data Management and Assessment Roll Production. Key activities include parcel and folio updates, ESU analysis, mitigation credits, QA/QC reporting, public notice support, Tax Collector files, compliance assistance, staff training, and technical support for web-based assessment applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination for the Stormwater Utility Data Management and Assessment Roll Production RFP, including schedule control, City stakeholder communication, annual roll production milestones, deliverable tracking, and final submission readiness.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
