About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Stormwater Assessment Compliance and Training Consultant for an active RFP opportunity with the City of Tampa. This role involves providing professional services for annual Stormwater Utility Data Management and Assessment Roll Production. Key tasks include parcel and folio updates, ESU analysis, mitigation credits, QA/QC reporting, public notice support, Tax Collector files, compliance assistance, staff training, and technical support for web-based assessment applications. The consultant will support Florida Statutes Section 197.3632 requirements, Uniform Method of Collection workflows, annual assessment rate resolution support, certification documentation, and City staff training.

Responsibilities

• Support Florida Statutes Section 197.3632 requirements.
• Support Uniform Method of Collection workflows.

• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
