About The Position

BCI Minerals is seeking a motivated and reliable Stores Person to support day-to-day warehouse operations at its Mardie site. The role coordinates the supply and receipt of tooling, consumables, materials, and equipment, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with statutory requirements, health and safety regulations, and company policies and procedures. The Stores Person supports operational efficiency by maintaining accurate inventory, working collaboratively with team members, and assisting the operations team with additional tasks as needed. The position is based at the new Mardie Village and is offered as permanent full-time employment on an 8:6 roster. The successful candidate must have unrestricted working rights in Australia and provide a national police clearance issued within the previous three months.

Requirements

At least 3 years' experience as a Stores Person.
A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
A current Telehandler ticket and demonstrated hands-on experience.
Proficiency using Pronto for inventory and warehouse management.
Strong safety awareness and the ability to conduct risk assessments and apply effective controls.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
A current and unrestricted WA HR driver's licence.
Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
A national police clearance issued within the previous 3 months.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the supply and receipt of tooling, consumables, materials, and equipment.
Load and unload deliveries and securely package goods.
Operate forklifts to move and relocate stock.
Maintain accurate inventory by receipting goods, entering data, and completing stock checks.
Process picking slips and invoices.
Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse.
Work collaboratively with team members to support operational efficiency.
Identify and assist with additional tasks for the operations team during downtime.
Carry out activities safely and in line with statutory requirements, health and safety regulations, and BCI policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and apply effective controls.
