Our Flynn Canada Ltd. Winnipeg location is looking for a Stores Coordinator to join our team! Requirements

• Experience in a purchasing role, preferably in the construction and/or manufacturing industry
• Experience with warehousing and cyclic inventory management
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and negotiation skills are required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
• Computer literacy and MS Excel experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Pick / Pack and put away inventory
• Process packing lists and receipt purchases into Dynamics
• Purchase inventory materials from approved vendor’s and partners
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and forward to Corporate for payment
• Maintain a level of productivity and cleanliness within assigned space and scope
• Source out requests from departments when requested
• Work in close partnership with various departments, ie: Safety , Service , Roofing, Mfg
• Create and submit New Vendor request forms to Accounts Payable where applicable
• Order stock requisitions through X-Cart online “Flynn Storeâ€
• Order and receipt into Dynamics, replenishment stock for the AGS “Flynn Storeâ€
• Process stock-out transactions for all AGS “Flynn Store†requisitions
• Maintain a high level of communication with direct reporting management
• Monitor stock levels and adjust minimum/maximum order levels for stores
• Coordinating closely with Provincial Fleet & Facilities Coordinator
• Managing and coordinating fleet maintenance schedule and drivers
• Managing tool crib
• Other duties as assigned
