This position is responsible for managing all storeroom operations, playing a critical role in supporting our plant’s success by ensuring inventory is accurate, accessible, and aligned with manufacturing and maintenance needs.

Requirements

  • Managing all storeroom operations
  • Ensuring inventory is accurate, accessible, and aligned with manufacturing and maintenance needs
  • Using the Maximo system
  • Processing requests for new items and creating purchase requisitions (PRs)
  • Coordinating with the Purchasing team to place and track orders
  • Receiving, verifying, and properly documenting incoming materials and parts
  • Distributing and stocking inventory in designated locations
  • Maintaining appropriate stock levels, including critical spare parts
  • Performing cycle counts and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Auditing and correcting documentation discrepancies; creating new records as needed
  • Coordinating shipping and receiving activities
  • Expediting orders with vendors as necessary to meet operational needs
  • Building and maintaining effective vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency
  • Evaluating pricing and sourcing options for restocking materials
  • Collaborating closely with Maintenance and Reliability teams to determine optimal inventory levels
  • Supporting maintenance projects by coordinating and staging required parts
  • Assisting with locating, picking, and issuing materials
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Responsibilities
