About The Position

Provide accurate inventory control and parts distribution to support day-to-day operations. Maintain organized stockrooms and assist staff and customers with parts identification and issuance.

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, parts distribution or a related warehouse role.
  • Working knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to read part numbers, technical labels and simple diagrams.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry and handle stock safely and to perform manual material handling tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and effective verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
  • Store parts and materials in designated locations and maintain orderly, accessible stockrooms.
  • Pick, pack and issue parts to technicians, production staff or customers according to requisitions.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories; reconcile discrepancies and report variances.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with purchasing to replenish low-stock items.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems, barcode scanners and manual logs.
