About The Position

The Storekeeper receives, stores, issues, and delivers materials and equipment to areas throughout Essentia Health in support of patient care and the organization’s goals and mission. The role includes cleaning duties to meet regulatory guidelines. Additional responsibilities may include recording received items, maintaining the open purchase order file, filing carrier receiving documents, staging and delivering items to hospital departments, and uncrating and performing minor assembly of products.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regular use of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, transport carts, supply totes, and hand trucks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, and deliver materials and equipment to Essentia Health departments.
• Perform cleaning duties in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Record receipt of items, as needed.
• Keep the open purchase order file up to date.
• File receiving documents from carriers.
• Stage items for and deliver them to hospital departments.
• Uncrate and perform minor assembly of received products.
