About The Position

As a key member of our 1st shift crew, you will help drive warehouse efficiency, uphold quality and safety standards, and support the growth of our operations. Requirements

• Proven warehouse or inventory control experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
• Physical capability to lift and move materials
• Willingness to complete forklift training and certification

Nice To Haves

• Kitting and Kanban experience
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate receiving, inspecting, labeling, storing, picking, packing, issuing, and disposal of inventory items
• Accept and verify supplier deliveries, ensuring condition and accuracy against packing lists and purchase orders
• Optimize warehouse bin locations to improve efficiency and safety
• Prepare outgoing shipments with correct packaging and complete documentation
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in all warehouse and shipping/receiving areas
• Perform inventory cycle counts and support scheduled physical inventories
• Operate forklifts and materials handling equipment (training provided)
• Support kitting, Kanban replenishment, and other materials management initiatives
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with supervisors
• Adhere to all company policies, QHSE practices, and standard operating procedures
