About The Position

Join ChampionX as a Night Shift Storekeeper and become an essential part of our high-performing logistics team in Odessa, TX. In this critical, hands-on role, you will coordinate the shipment and receipt of specialized ESP equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and support field service operations. This position offers a 11-days-on/3-days-off schedule (7:00PM – 7:00AM), competitive pay with a night shift premium, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in supply chain and logistics.

Requirements

At least 1 year’s experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
Forklift operation proficiency.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize using multiple computer programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent movement.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Previous experience handling ESP equipment or industrial shipping.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic shipments of ESP equipment, including pumps, motors, cable, and accessories.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, export documents, and carrier paperwork).
Schedule and track freight pickups and deliveries with approved transportation providers.
Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and documentation against purchase orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and inventory management systems.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Manage and resolve freight claims, damaged goods, and delivery issues.
Keep organized records for shipping, receiving, and inventory.
Proactively communicate shipment status to internal teams and customers.
Support urgent field service shipments to meet operational deadlines.
Drive continuous improvement in logistics, inventory control, and cost reduction.
Uphold safety protocols and company policies at all times.
