About The Position

The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with the store team to provide customers with a welcoming and enjoyable Sheetz experience. The role involves customer service, food and beverage preparation, checkout transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and restocking merchandise. Team members may develop skills across multiple areas of the store and have opportunities to grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
• Restock products throughout the store.
