About The Position

Join Sheetz as a Store Team Member in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role involves engaging customers with hospitality throughout their store experience and working with teammates to provide friendly, adaptable service. Team members may build skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The starting rate of pay is $15.00 per hour. Weekends are needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep products stocked throughout the store.
