About The Position
The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment, providing friendly and hospitable service throughout the customer experience. The role involves preparing and serving food and beverages to customer specifications, processing transactions, maintaining clean store and food-service areas, and keeping products stocked. Team members may develop skills across sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to grow within Sheetz.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Keep products stocked throughout the store.
- Work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing needs.
