About The Position
The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced store environment, contributing to a supportive team culture and helping deliver a positive customer experience. The role involves engaging customers with hospitality, communicating effectively, adapting to change, and working across store operations including sales, food preparation, and customer service. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock products throughout the store.
