About The Position

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, communication, and teamwork. Team members contribute across store operations, including sales, food preparation, and customer service, with opportunities to develop their skills and grow within Sheetz.

The position involves welcoming customers, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, processing transactions, maintaining clean store and food-service areas, and replenishing merchandise. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Keep store merchandise stocked.
