About The Position

As a Store Team Member at Sheetz, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment focused on making customers smile. You’ll provide hospitality throughout the customer experience and contribute across sales, food preparation, and customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to change. Shifts worked between 4 p.m. and 6 a.m., as well as all Saturday and Sunday hours, receive an additional $3.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions while monitoring appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
