About The Position
The Store Team Member works in a fast-paced store environment, engaging customers with hospitality throughout their Sheetz experience. Team members work collaboratively and need excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change. The role involves multiple facets of store operations, including sales, food preparation, and customer service, and may provide opportunities to grow within Sheetz. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
- Restock products throughout the store.
