About The Position

The Store Team Lead at Crocs is responsible for helping create memorable consumer experiences and supporting store performance. The role delivers outstanding service, promotes a positive team culture, and assists across store departments, including sales, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, point-of-sale operations, and stockroom activities. The Team Lead works with Store Management to meet and exceed sales goals, coordinates day-to-day activities in an assigned area, and represents the Crocs brand by sharing knowledge of products, collaborations, launches, and initiatives. Key holder duties include opening and closing procedures, cash handling, store recovery, and ensuring the store is ready for business. The role also follows company policies and procedures related to asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Promote a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns and demonstrating Crocs, Inc. core values.
• Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through selling strategies and consumer engagement.
• Manage day-to-day team activities in an assigned area by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and following up while maintaining high service standards.
• Represent the brand by keeping informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this information with consumers.
• Follow Crocs policies, including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
• Perform key holder duties, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store recovery.
