About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in delivering a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. This role serves food and beverages to customer specifications, helps coordinate team priorities, maintains product availability and merchandising, and keeps the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position calls for a dependable, self-motivated employee with a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to prioritize and delegate. The listed starting rate is $17.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is evenings/overnight. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform their work as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
