About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high-energy effort and a strong team mentality. The role helps deliver a welcoming, friendly customer experience and ensures quality food and beverages are prepared safely, quickly, and according to customer specifications. The supervisor also coaches team members, prioritizes and delegates tasks, maintains product availability and merchandising, and keeps store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The listed starting rate is $17.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The shift needed is evenings.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
Be able to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages safely, quickly, and according to customer specifications.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Monitor products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Lead by example and help engage customers through hospitality throughout their experience.
