About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, demonstrating high energy, a strong team mentality, and a focus on customer hospitality. The role supports store operations by serving customers, preparing food and beverages to their specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and merchandising, and keeping store, kitchen, and dining areas clean. The position offers a starting rate of $20.00 per hour, a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments, and an additional $1.50 per hour for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The schedule needed is evenings/overnight.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Be able to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages according to customer specifications while working safely, quickly, and in a friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and available to customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
Lead store team members by example with energy and a strong team mentality.
