About The Position
The Store Supervisor leads by example, brings high energy and a strong team mentality, and works with store team members to provide customers with a hospitable experience. The role includes serving food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. Additional pay of $1.50 per hour applies for work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
- Able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
- Able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
- Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
- Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform their roles effectively.
- Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
- Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
