About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers a chance to brighten customers’ days. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized requests, and contribute to store operations in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize them when requested, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Work as part of a team and build relationships.
