About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions foster connection. Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Follow store operating policies and standards, including those for beverage and food quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
