About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members through high-energy work and a strong team mentality. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, serving food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Ability to delegate effectively.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Ability to perform the essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available to customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
