About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, supporting store team members with high energy, a strong team mentality, and effective task prioritization and delegation. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming, high-quality customer experience by serving food and beverages safely, quickly, and according to customer specifications. The supervisor also coaches team members, helps ensure products are ordered and available, and maintains clean store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Ability to perform all essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
