About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to deliver a positive customer experience through hospitality, quality food and beverage service, and efficient store operations. The role involves coaching team members, managing product availability and merchandising, and maintaining clean store, kitchen, and dining areas. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and provide top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available for customers.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
