About The Position

WhiteWater Express is hiring a full-time Shift Leader to support daily car wash operations, assist with team oversight, and provide excellent customer service. This is an active, non-desk role that involves being on your feet, supporting customers, leading the team, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
