About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example, bringing high energy and a strong team mentality to store operations. The role supports team members in delivering a welcoming, customer-focused experience and serving quality food and beverages safely, quickly, and accurately. The Supervisor also helps ensure products are ordered and merchandised appropriately and that store, kitchen, and dining areas remain clean. The posting notes an additional $1.50 per hour for work performed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires Supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds or assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
