About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members with high energy, a strong team mentality, and a focus on customer hospitality. The role involves delivering a positive customer experience, preparing food and beverages to customer specifications, coaching team members, maintaining product availability and presentation, and keeping store areas clean. An additional $1.50 per hour is provided for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be able to perform essential job duties with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
• Ensure in-store products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
