About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and supports store team members in delivering a welcoming, high-quality customer experience. The role calls for a self-motivated, dependable, efficient employee with a positive attitude who can prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. Supervisors mentor and coach team members, help ensure food and beverages are prepared safely and to customer specifications, maintain product availability and merchandising, and keep store areas clean. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be 21 or older for certain tasks.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude.
Be able to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
Be able to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds or assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
