About The Position

The Store Supervisor leads by example and works with store team members to provide customers with a welcoming, high-quality experience. This role requires a self-motivated, dependable, and efficient person with a positive attitude who can prioritize tasks and delegate effectively. Supervisors bring energy and a strong team mentality to customer service and store operations. The position includes evening shifts. Employees working from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. receive an additional $1.50 per hour. The starting rate of pay is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age; Virginia state law requires supervisors to be at least 21 for certain tasks.
Be able to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
Be self-motivated, dependable, and efficient, with a positive attitude and the ability to prioritize and delegate.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with greetings and high-quality customer service.
Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers’ specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform effectively.
Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
