About The Position

The Store Sales Representative owns a territory and serves as Hillman’s representative at multiple store locations. The role focuses on maintaining displays, managing product inventory, building relationships with store associates and managers, and resolving in-store issues. It is a hands-on position involving independent work, regular travel between stores, and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in the territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize products to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling and disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
