About The Position

The Store Sales Representative owns and serves a territory of multiple retail locations as Hillman’s representative. The role focuses on maintaining displays, ensuring products are stocked and inventory is managed, and building strong relationships with store associates and managers. It is a hands-on position involving travel between stores, display resets and fixture assembly or disassembly, in-store problem solving, and completion of service reports, surveys, and photo documentation. The position offers a flexible schedule and requires occasional overnight stays to be possible.

Requirements

• Be organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Be comfortable working independently and managing a schedule.
• Have strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Be able to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Have intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Be willing to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays may be required.
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities
