About The Position

The Store Sales Representative owns an assigned territory and represents Hillman at multiple retail store locations. The role keeps product displays in good condition, maintains inventory, and builds relationships with store associates and managers. It is a hands-on position involving travel between stores, merchandising, product stocking and ordering, display resets, in-store problem-solving, and completion of service documentation. The representative works independently and manages a flexible daily schedule.

Requirements

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays may be possible.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in the assigned territory.

• Perform display resets, including assembling and disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
