About The Position

As a Store Sales Representative at Hillman, you’ll own a territory and represent the company at multiple store locations. This hands-on role involves maintaining displays, managing product inventory, resolving in-store issues, and building relationships with store associates and managers. You’ll work independently, stay active, and manage your schedule while traveling between stores.

Requirements

• Be organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Be comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Have strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Be able to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Have intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Be willing to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays may be possible.
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in the assigned territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize products to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling and disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
