About The Position

The Store Sales Representative owns a territory and represents Hillman at multiple store locations. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining displays, keeping inventory stocked and organized, and building customer relationships. The representative travels between stores, manages their schedule, and completes service reports, surveys, and photo documentation. Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.

Requirements

• Be organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Be comfortable working independently and managing a schedule.
• Have strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Be able to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Have intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Be willing to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in the territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize products to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling and disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
