About The Position

The Store Sales Representative owns a territory and represents Hillman at multiple store locations. The role focuses on maintaining displays, keeping inventory available and organized, and building relationships with store associates and managers. It is a hands-on position that involves independent work, travel between stores, problem-solving, and staying active.

Requirements

• Be organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Be comfortable working independently and managing a schedule.
• Have strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Be able to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Have intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Be willing to travel between stores; occasional overnight stays may be possible.
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in the territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize products to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling and disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
