About The Position
The Store Sales Associate works at The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Nicollet, supporting a welcoming shopping experience for customers and donors. The role combines customer service and retail operations, helping transform donated goods into resources that support The Salvation Army’s community programs. The position is part time at 25 hours per week and pays $16.37 per hour. The associate assists customers, processes sales using the store’s Point of Sale system, maintains the store’s appearance, and helps process and display merchandise to meet daily production goals. POS training is provided, with proficiency expected within three months. Ongoing professional development opportunities are available.
Requirements

Responsibilities

- Maintain store appearance by cleaning, organizing, and restocking.
- Process and display new merchandise to help meet daily production goals.
- Contribute to a positive shopping environment.
