About The Position
A Retail Sales Associate is a valued member of a high-performing team, empowered and equipped to do their job and understand why their work matters. This part-time role focuses on providing customers with a great experience, handling sales transactions, encouraging participation in company programs, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store. The anticipated pay rate is $16.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Store operating hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., with respectful scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide a great experience for customers.
- Handle various sales transactions.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
