About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support store operations during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, this role provides basic customer service, supports productivity during high-volume periods, helps maintain the store’s appearance, and assists at the register. The position requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
