About The Position

As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will help ensure the smooth operation of the retail store by leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets. The role also supports inventory management, merchandise presentation, and the development of sales and customer-satisfaction strategies in collaboration with the store manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate sales associates, providing guidance and support.

• Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
• Ensure products are accurately priced and labeled.
