About The Position

As a Store Manager at LOFT, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in the store. You will drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and community engagement. You will coach the team to reach its potential and help ensure a welcoming experience for customers and associates.
